    People skills is something that cannot be learned in a school and this program is specifically catered to break the ice with your inner 5-star customer service self. I got more comfortable because of the setting and graciousness of Mike and K running the program. I feel better and more confident breaking into this different field of customer service I'm not used to. Looking forward to the intermediate serving course next year! Thank you for helping me strengthen my skills!

    This was a great training course to be a part of. The trainers Kate & Mike were very welcoming and knowledgeable as they both have experience in this field. They encouraged us to keep engaged through asking questions and to practice our serving scenarios. It was an overall fun learning experience. I enjoyed the environment of having it in an actual restaurant and being able to practice in that atmosphere. Lastly, a huge appreciation for them providing breakfast and lunch for both days!

    I recently completed the Servers Excellence Hospitality Training course 1. It was phenomenal! Our instructors Kate and Mike were bright, energetic, helpful, and supportive. Myself and the other participants learned about important terms, roles, and rules that we should be aware of, and had the opportunity to practice many practical skills (carrying plates and trays, going through mock service scenarios, etc.). Everyone improved in both skill and confidence during our two days together!

They are very supportive and would 100% help if you need assistance. Easy to remember information + clear instructions when it comes on hands on training. 10/10 I would recommend this to everyone!

They were very helpful whilst answering questions and the course gives you a safe and supportive environment to make mistakes and learn with some great laughs.

    I completed the training in Jan '23. I enjoyed attending it and would recommend. It's a newer training but the instructors are very experienced and knowledgeable and the content is laid out well. The instructor to student ratio is very high (for our class, two instructors for 5 students) so there is a large opportunity to ask specific questions to meet your needs. Suits all skill levels from those new to the industry to those who have some experience and want to develop skills further.

    Mike and Kate were great trainers and shared their knowledge in great restaurant set up. They summarize what you need to know to inter the hospitality industry as 5-start server, while showing you how it is done. And to top it off there is free breakfast and lunch!

    Thorough training provided by business insiders, Mike and Michael (M&M). The mentors shared their knowledge and experience working in different styles of establishments. After attending this training, I feel much more confident on the floor, as well as dealing with a fast-paced working environment. Additionally, breakfasts and lunches are provided at a nice Mediterranean French bistro in Toronto.
