Servers Excellence is a team of extremely passionate hospitality experts with global experience from every hospitality category, with a mission to provide more effective in person hospitality training, to improve service standards across the hospitality industry.
We are focused on better training, development, and support for servers and front of house teams, who play a critical role in leading the guest experience, and who are at the forefront of hospitality service success. We are the only Server Certification in Canada, and we are setting a new service standard which is based upon excellence.

Our hospitality training courses take place in a restaurant setting for trainee servers to experience the restaurant flow, have visibility into all of the potential moving parts of the operation, and to gain hands on steps-of-service training on the restaurant floor.
MEET KATE,
Our Founder
Kate Engineer fell in love with the hospitality industry as a young child, growing up in her family owned restaurant in a small town in eastern Ontario. She experienced first hand what it took to run a successful restaurant operation under the leadership of her passionate Father who executed every detail with a focus on service excellence.
Kate maintained a connection to the hospitality industry her entire career, and Founded Servers Excellence in 2022.
